Ingredients:
8 slices White Bread
2 tbsp Cabbage (chopped finely)
2 tbsp Carrots (chopped finely)
2 tbsp Corriander leaves (chopped finely)

Ingredients:
12 slices Sandwich bread (sides to be cut and rolled)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tin Asparagus
Ice berg for decoration
Method:
Apply mayonnaise on bread slices and place asparagus on one side and roll. Do the same with other slices. Serve with ice berg.

Meetha Dahi Wada
Ingredients:
2 cups Maida
1 cup Sooji
8 tbsp Ghee (level)
4 pinch Baking powder
About 1 cup dahi (hung) enough to make dough

Maida, sooji, ghee, and baking powder- Mix well. Slowly add dahi and make into pliable dough. Keep for 2-3 hours with a wet cloth on it. After 3 hours knead again...
Zafrani Tea
3 cups Water
1 pinch Zafran
2 Cardamom
1 piece Taj
1 Lime juice
1 Tea bag
Sugar as per taste
Method:
Boil 3 cups of water, add zafran, cardamom, taj till 2 cups remain. Dip tea bag properly, then add sugar as per taste. Serve in small cups.
